Sense has a new approach to training that's based on how you want to learn. Our training workshops focus on solving problems and the ideas that make skills collaboration effective.

Expert Training

An "expert" is someone with special knowledge and skills. This training is for your key experts who you know will make a significant contribution to your business through their experience and knowledge.

Expert training show how they can contribute, how they can make their contributions successful and how to manage feedback and suggestions to improve their value.

We use the training to collect more expertise and show them how to make it work for everyone.

User Training

We can either train users or help write a specific training course for your trainers.

User training isn't based on how to use CommonSense, it's all about the new expertise available and the best way to use it.

How to contribute with their suggestions and personal expertise.

The part they play in growing this new resource. How CommonSense is their network and a chance for them to change how they work.

Analytics Training

CommonSense Analytics training is based on understanding the real meaning and value of information.

Taking a simple example, we can review the effort to create new knowledge and compare it to how often it's used to give us a measure of how "productive" it is.

That's a completely different approach to counting searches and gives a true measure of the value being delivered.

The workshop uses your system and your data giving the participants a chance to review end to end performance to identify best practice and spot opportunities to drive improvements.
