We want to make this process as straightforward as possible because we know that working with us will enhance the way you do business.
The next step is to contact us and discuss your thoughts, issues and goals so we can start to understand you and your business.
Discovery
We will listen to you and explain what we can, and what we can't do.
The discovery process looks at the resources and information you already have and explain how we can bring them all together.
We'll look at your existing systems and show how we can work with them to deliver real improvements in quality and performance.
We'll talk to your key people and look for ways to link them into a new knowledge and skills resource for you and your customers.
Then we'll analyse the benefits to give you a complete picture of the opportunity, effort and costs.
We're confident that we can demonstrate a massive return on investment so we don't charge for any of the discovery effort.
At the end of the process we'll document our findings and present our recommendations, showing you what we can deliver.
Implementation
Once you're happy with the plan we will collate and reorganise your knowledge and build your new solution.
Depending on the solution we expect to be able to deliver a working solution within four weeks.
We review the new system with you, training key users and working with you to fill in any knowledge or process gaps.
Implementation starts with a discussion and continues for three months after you go live. We'll be helping you monitor performance, looking for problems, recommending improvements until you're happy we've delivered on all our promises.
Pricing
You have a choice of either purchasing or renting CommonSense.
You can also choose to run the software in-house or we can host it for you. In both cases we'll look after the system for you. If there are any upgrades, configuration changes or maintenance, we'll do it.
For every implementation we install a minimum of three systems. A live system, one dedicated for training and a third test system to test new ideas and software releases.
For small customers these can all be hosted on the same server so there's no additional cost.

By working together through the life of the solution we can offer much more than technical services. Regular reviews allow us to share best practise experience from our other customers. We help you implement techniques and processes to drive continuous improvement.
