CommonSense Knowledge Library
One source for every question
The knowledge library sits at the heart of CommonSense. Information is held in a flexible structure called a "taxonomy" which guides users to the right topics.
The library holds all types of information including scanned letters, faxes, office documents, web pages, PDF's, images and video.
CommonSense also supports processes with a graphical process and scripting tool which gives uses step by step support.
Collating Knowledge
New information can be loaded from any existing resources including networked drives, your intranet or even external internet pages.
This makes getting started really easy. You just tell us where your information is and we'll collate it all for you.
New information can be added as CommonSense FAQ's, wiki's or you can just drag and drop documents into the CommonSense taxonomy.
Documents are automatically indexed and available in seconds, ensuring everyone is kept up to date.
Role based security
CommonSense includes strong but intuitive security. You control access and administration rules to provide the right balance between sharing and security.
You can control who can see, access and update every document with full revision and access history.
Information can be marked for internal use only which automatically stops it being emailed to anyone outside the company.
Search and Browse
Everyone can browse the sections of the library you've authorised, or use the powerful search tools to locate information based on its content.
Information can be augmented with tags, abstracts, lexicons and other meta data to provide more information to make it even easier to find.
Enterprise wide access
The CommonSense Knowledge Library provides a single location for all you knowledge and expertise. Managing contracts, manuals, training materials, quality standards, processes and more.
CommonSense supports small businesses through to thousands of users distributed over the world.
As long as you have an internet connection, you're up to date.
